Set RTSP stream username/password

Set username, password and audio enabled used to access panel's camera RTSP stream

Camera rtsp stream url example: 'rtsp://username:userpassword@device_ip_address:8554/ch01'

is_audio_enabled boolean
When disabled audio will be muted in RTSP stream
