Enable/disable analytics collection

Enable/disable analytics collection on the device. Enabled (is_enabled: true) by default, including after a factory reset.

Restricted to a dedicated service account custom (logged in via /login with username=custom and the device's admin password). No other account type has access to this endpoint, and this account type has no access to any other endpoint.
