Makes an outgoing call from device

• Use this endpoint for call debug. You can get debug info with GET /system/call/status
• Number formwat:
  • \d+ - digits only, for example, 101
  • ^sip:([0-9A-Za-z+\-_]*@)((\b((25[0-5]|2[0-4][0-9]|[01]?[0-9][0-9]?(?:\:\d{1,5})?)(\.|$)){4}\b)|([0-9]*[A-Za-z+\-_]+[0-9]*)((\.([0-9]*[A-Za-z+\-_]+[0-9]*))+\b))$ - full SIP URI, for example, sip:[email protected] or sip:[email protected]
