Upload emergency alarm sound

Upload a WAV audio file for the emergency alarm.

If the alarm with the specified ID does not exist, it will be created automatically.

A maximum of 5 emergency alarms can be configured.

Requirements:

• The multipart/form-data request must contain exactly one part named file.
• Additional multipart parts are not allowed.
• WAV format only.
• Maximum file size is 1 MB.
