Get Standby settings

Returns stanby settings

Standby mode represents splash screen when device is inactive.

If standby mode is enabled, we have 3 options:

• ip_cam_mode
• photo_frame
• clock

'ip_cam_mode' also had 3 options

• single
• tour
• quad_splitter

'quad_splitter is disabled' on aq07la device
